After more than 25 years of consultancy in real estate Leo Voorpijl started in 2007 his own company.
Profreccia is the literal translation in Italian of his family name; freccia (pijl, arrow, Pfeil, flèche) is the expression of the targeted approach. Pro is his attude.
The focus of the company is executing feasibility studies for property investments. Profreccia is packed with essential tools and experience that enable clients to underpin their decisions by thorough research. Quick scans provide the short term framework for starting acquisitions.
Leo Voorpijl supported investment decisions in the Netherlands, Germany, Italy, Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Belgium, Russia and also Serbia and Romania.
Profreccia is the former Director of Public Logistics Center at Born Harbour Sittard, the Netherlands and Director of Grondexploitatiemaatschappij Holtum Noord BV, of the cross border industrial estate Avantis site and Centipedes Holding BV. Profreccia was shareholder of Grondexploitatiemaatschappij Holtum Noord III (closed in 2017, due to sale of all of the plots).
From 2013-2021, Leo Voorpijl was chairman of the non executive board of the Aachen-Heerlen site Avantis and in 2020 - 2021 officer of an association of apartment owners in Valkenburg. Since 2019 he does volunteer work for the local bookstore and art gallery. Leo Voorpijl also advises Eurasian regarding several projects in Belgrade Serbia and in 2022-2024 the private owners of an industrial site near Amsterdam, now changed into a residential area.
Since 2025 Profreccia supervises the sales process of a rented logistics warehouse in Südharz in the german State Sachsen-Anhalt.
