Holtum Noord Born Sittard-Geleen
Holtum Noord is a Multi-modal logistic hotspot. Recent developments show the potential of this location. In 2017 only 5 ha is still available. The site has excellent acces to national and international roads, rail and water transportation routes. Holtum Noord is the home of Barge Terminal Born, Rail Terminal Born and logistic providers such as Ceva, Seacon, DHL and Kühne&Nagel.
Residential area Uithoorn
Commissioned by private owners Profreccia prepares the sale of a former industrial site with the option of a residential development. The site is about 20km from Amsterdam and therefore fits seamlessly with the dynamic property market of the capital city. Building is scheduled to begin in autumn 2023. Profreccia is especially involved in negotiations with the real estate developer, due to the plot-and-plan approach of the owners.
Centipedes
Management of a 5,0000 sqm net lettable office building, located at the Avantis cross-border real estate. After an additional letting and catching up with overdue maintenance,in September 2017 Profreccia concluded a sale of the building to an investor.
Book Store Heerlen
In 2018 Profreccia was approached to support a local initiative to start a book-store in the centre of his home town Heerlen. July 2019 the official opening was conducted.
Liman Novi Sad
On walking distance from the attractive old town of Novi Sad, a residential development is foreseen, directly at the Danube River Bank. The site is in the district of Liman, an alluring residential area within the capital of the Vojvodina.
Tyvoort Goirle
After supporting Hurks Vastgoedontwikkeling in 2013 in a residential development in Maastricht, Hurks asked Profreccia in 2014 to initiate actions to improve the marketability of a 2,5 Ha estate in Goirle, the former spinning mill.
Bocage Echt
Bocage is a residential development in the municipality of Echt-Susteren. The goal is to realise about 215 houses,fitting into a gently undulating landscape, near the town centre of Echt.
