Liman Novi Sad

The Liman site in the Serbian city of Novi Sad is quite near the city centre, on walking distance. This area is situated immedeately to the Danube River Bank. the Suncan Key, the sunny quay. Adjacent to site the University has developed several buildings. The Liman area is an old exclusive residential area. In coordination with the City of Novi Sad and the Serbian Construction Team d.o.o. Eurasian is leading to develop the 4,9 Ha estate. Basically the site will be designated to residential usage and supporting service functions. The total allowed minimum building volume will be presumably about 100,000 sqm. The development is foreseen to start in 2015: the revision of the zoning plan will be completed in 2014.
