Hurks wanted to develop the site as an estate for light industries and as a big box boulevard. The market is dramatically changed. Profreccia was  engaged to create some movements in this local market. The site is ready for allocation.
In 2017 Profreccia entered int0 several contract for settlement with several small local firms.
As a result the development of this small sized businesspark commenced. A partial development as combined residential and business area is foreseen.
At year-end 2017  4 middle-sized firms concluded a contract of sale.  The average plot size is about 1,600 sqm.  In 2018 Profreccia finalized its involment due to the sale of the remaining plot to a local investor. 
In 2019  construction commenced.
