Bocage Echt

Bocage Echt is the development of 215 houses or parcels, near the town centre of Echt in Limburg. The project suffered from the collapse of the residential market in previous years. Profreccia is imposed to provide guidance to the restart of this ambitious project. 215 units substantiate the local market for years. The cultural landscape has to be respected, all connected of free/standing houses will be surrounded by indigious trees. In 2014 a re start is put forward. Based on a considerable change of the content of the project, in July 2014 Phase 1 is launched. The new concept is readily marktable. Construction started in 2016, Profreccia hived off its tasks to the development company/construction department.
