Available end 2016: 5 ha.  December 2017 about 148.000 sqm. warehouse is under construction.
The last possibility to expand the amount of available warehouse space is uses in 2017: an alteration of the lay out of the Rail Terminal creates space for about 28,000 sqm warehousing. Profreccia was involved in the rearrangement of the Rail Terminal  Born.    
At the end of 2017 Profreccia relinquishes its long year commitment to this site by handing over the management of the complety sold out park to the municipal foundation Parkmanagement.
