Centipedes

Shareholders NV Industriebank LIOF (Maastricht) and National Investment Bank Capital NIBC (the Hague) asked Profreccia in 2016 to put the Centipedes building on the market.

An improvement of the lettability was necessary to create a keen interest. The main lessee is Vodafone/Ziggo test centre. 
Catching up with overdue maintenance was beneficial to keep the value of the edifice to the market.  Another issue to be solved was the enlargement of the parking facilities.
In September 2017 the sale of the Centipedes building was completed.
